A dose-finding design for early phase trials with continuous re-assessment

Dr Pavel Mozgunov and Dr Suzie Cro present the novel design for an early phase dose finding trial in opiate detoxification. The design uses an adaptive Bayesian model to generate patient specific doses of baclofen to describe based on individuals methadone levels.
